How to book the car hire with driver service on the Neorental website?
You can book directly using the form on the Neorental website, or by email to [email protected]; alternatively, you can send us a WhatsApp message.
How will we meet up with the Neorental driver?
For departures: your driver will arrive five minutes before the time you request, at the address you provide.
For airport arrivals: the driver will monitor your flight and wait at Arrivals with a sign showing your name.
For arrivals by train: the driver will monitor your train and wait for you at a previously-agreed meeting point.
For arrivals by bus: the driver will monitor your bus and wait for you at a previously-agreed meeting point.
For both parties, it is useful to receive WhatsApp communication about delayed or cancelled flights/trains/buses, or delayed/lost luggage.
What happens if our flight is early or late?
Here at Neorental we keep a close eye on your flight, train or bus, so we’ll be there to welcome you in good time.
There is no extra charge for flight or train delays of up to 45 minutes.
Our prices include a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes after your flight has landed.
What's included in the Neorental car hire with driver service?
Fuel and motorway tolls are included.
Can I request services, routes and other useful information from the Neorental website?
You can let us know in advance what you need and/or want, so we can make your experience even more enjoyable in line with your expectations.
Does Neorental offer assistance if we have problems?
Yes. If there are any problems, you can email us at [email protected] or, if you prefer, send us a WhatsApp message.
Does Neorental offer multilingual tourist guides? If so, in which languages?
Yes, Neorental offers an additional service with multilingual tourist guides: English, French, German, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish.
How far in advance can I book Neorental's services?
Neorental requires bookings made at least 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee the service.
